The perfect gift for teachers, coaches, employees, friends and family: Lakewood CertifiChecks.   The Light Up Lakewood event on November 30th kicked-off the Lakewood CertifiCheck event. Main Street Lakewood and LakewoodAlive launched a “buy local” campaign by selling Lakewood CertifiCheck gift certificates, which are redeemable at any registered Lakewood business.   They are available in denominations from $5 to $50. LakewoodAlive and Lakewood Community Progress Inc. are subsidizing administrative and start-up costs as a community service.
